About HUD

HUD (How U Doin?) began with a simple question, one we often answer without thinking.

But what if that question became a moment to pause… to be honest… to be seen?

HUD is building a new culture of mental wellness for young India, one where therapy isn’t alone, hidden, clinical, or a last resort.

It’s a lifestyle. A choice to feel better, grow stronger, and show up fully in your life.

Meet the founder

Building HUD not from a business plan, but from a personal battle that became a purpose.

During her MBA in 2019, Bhavi was diagnosed with high-functioning depression and anxiety. She began therapy while building a thriving corporate career, but staying consistent with therapy felt exhausting, progress slowed, and sessions became harder to sustain.

That experience sparked a deep curiosity to fix what was broken. She realised she is not the only one, 3 out 4 people drop-out of therapy, post first session itself. With instinct to create and build real solution, she left her job.  Since then she has spent over a year researching and speaking with experts, and users.

Now, Building HowUDoin (HUD) - India’s first group-first therapy space designed for young adults (20–40). HUD’s programs combine clinical psychology and creative modalities to make each therapy session more effective, engaging, and sustainable.

“I lived the problem I’m trying to solve, now, I’m building the solution so others don’t have to face it alone.”
