I. RECITALS

This Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) is made by Tristana Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its principal place of business at 105, B Wing, Nisarg CHS, Building No. 78, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400089, operating under the brand name “HowUDoin” (“HUD”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

This Agreement governs all access and use of HUD’s services by clients (“User” or “You”) through its website, online booking platforms, or physical premises.

II. SCOPE OF SERVICES

2.1 HUD provides the following mental wellness and therapy services:

(a) Group Therapy Programs;

(b) Support Groups;

(c) Workshops and Emotional Wellness Events;

(d) Individual Therapy Sessions.

2.2 All services are conducted by licensed professionals and trained facilitators under contractual agreement with HUD.

III. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age to independently book services.

3.2 Minors may attend sessions only with written parental or guardian consent.

IV. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Users agree to:

(a) Provide accurate and complete information;

(b) Respect confidentiality and decorum;

(c) Abstain from harassment, recording, or solicitation;

(d) Avoid attending sessions under influence of intoxicants.

4.2 HUD reserves the right to terminate participation for any misconduct without refund

V. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

5.1 All sessions are prepaid through secure gateways.

5.2 Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and the Refund Policy.

VI. NO MEDICAL EMERGENCY SERVICES

6.1 HUD does not provide emergency psychiatric services.

VII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, handouts, or content used in workshops or therapy sessions remain the exclusive property of Tristana Ventures Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 HUD makes no warranty of therapeutic outcomes.

8.2 Liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service.

8.3 HUD shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

IX. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
