REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Applicability: All HUD services (group therapy, support groups, workshops, individual therapy)

I. INTRODUCTION

This Refund & Rescheduling Policy (“Policy”) governs all cancellations, reschedules, and refund claims relating to services offered by Tristana Ventures Private Limited (HowUDoin).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Service.

II. RESCHEDULING POLICY

2.1 Users may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

2.2 Rescheduling requests must be made in writing to hey@howudoin.in.

III. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Cancellations 48 hours or more prior: → Eligible for 50% refund or equivalent service credit.

3.2 Cancellations within 48 hours: → Non-refundable.

3.3 No-shows: → No refund or rescheduling entitlement.

IV. GROUP SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS

4.1 Cancellations at least 72 hours before commencement are eligible for 50% refund.

4.2 No refund shall apply for partial attendance or cancellations made thereafter.

V. REFUND PROCESSING

5.1 Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days.

5.2 HUD shall not be liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors

VI. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, illness, or technical failures), Users shall be entitled to either a full refund or rescheduling at their option.
